Game Theory Poker is a free-to-play game of skill for poker strategy practice. There is no real money anywhere in the game: no deposits, no buy-ins, no cash-outs, no prizes, and nothing of real-world value.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect the information needed to run the game account: email address, poker name, password credential, optional phone number, avatar initials or uploaded avatar image, gameplay stats, friend links, played-against history, room activity, and session tokens.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate players, run poker rooms, preserve player progress and statistics, support friend features, maintain game integrity, and troubleshoot service issues.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.
- We do not offer real-money play, cash games, prizes, or withdrawals.
Data Storage
Account and gameplay data is stored on the Game Theory Poker server. Passwords are stored as password hashes, and iOS session tokens are kept in the device Keychain.
Data Requests
You can permanently delete your account and associated gameplay data from Settings in the iPhone app. To ask for other account help or a copy of your data, contact tommaciejewski4@gmail.com.
Children
Game Theory Poker is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided account information, contact us so we can remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The latest version will be posted at this URL.
